Thomas R. Chapin worked for the Federal Government and the County of Los Angeles in the field of Environmental and Occupational Health for over eight years. Mr. Chapin graduated Law School from Chapman University in Orange, California. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002, he is also licensed to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
